As a chef in Vansbro Municipality, you will be placed in the kitchen of Smedberg School, where you will be part of a team that helps and learns from each other. Here we cook for all activities within the municipality.

Your Responsibilities

• prepare most of the food from scratch
• plan, order, and perform self-control according to HACCP
• maintain the kitchen, clean, pack, wash dishes, and serve our younger and older guests.

You Must Have

• education as a chef in restaurant and large-scale kitchens (3 years) or at least 3 years of experience working as a chef and/or other education/experience deemed equivalent by the employer
• good cooking skills in cold and hot kitchens as well as special diets within schools and elderly care
• good knowledge of spoken and written Swedish to be able to read ingredient lists and recipes.

A valid extract from the criminal record must be presented before employment.
