Substitute within Nutrition

We are now looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute within nutrition. Are you an engaged cook/meal assistant with a passion for creating delicious meals for our young and older taste buds? Then you might be the one we are looking for! You will:

• prepare most of the food from scratch
• plan, order, and perform self-control according to HACCP
• take care of the kitchen, clean, pack, wash dishes, and serve our younger and older guests.

You must have:

• experience working in both cold and hot kitchens
• good knowledge of spoken and written Swedish to be able to read ingredient lists and recipes.

Before employment, a valid extract from the criminal record must be presented.

It is an advantage if you also have:

• education as a cook within restaurant and large kitchen (3 years) or at least 3 years of experience working as a cook and/or other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent
• good cooking skills in cold and hot kitchens as well as special diets within schools and elderly care.

• have personal maturity
• have good collaboration skills and be able to work in a team where you contribute to a good work environment while also being able to work independently
• be proactive
• be flexible.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
