We are looking for a specialist in psychiatry for the on-call unit at WeMind Rinkeby. The operation offers acute advice and assessments in the current contractual area of Barkarby-Jakobsberg. We accept patients who are in contact with other specialist psychiatric clinics in our area, as well as patients who do not yet have an established contact. The focus is on providing quick follow-ups during a limited period while patients wait to meet their regular care team.

The bulk of the work consists of acute assessments, e.g., suicide risk assessments and evaluations of acute care needs in cases of mania, psychosis, and severe depression. As a doctor in the on-call unit, you may also participate in assessments of care levels in complex cases. Visits occur both on-site at the clinic, via remote contact, and through home visits or visits at other locations.

The role of the doctor at WeMind is central to ensuring our patients evidence-based care processes and regular follow-ups. We use a computerized system for evaluating care through patient measurements of how our patients feel and develop. WeMind Psychiatry Rinkeby is a psychiatric outpatient clinic with an on-call unit, to which this application is directed, as well as a psychosis clinic. You will be offered a varied job where collaboration with other professionals and care neighbors is a central part of your work.
