About Close Care - Mobile Rehab Team
We conduct successful rehabilitation in special accommodations around Stockholm. We are a dedicated and skilled rehab team of a total of 40 people.
We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist for 80% for a permanent position in the team. You will work 4 days a week, during the day, Monday to Friday, with the possibility to influence the choice of days.
Job Description
In your role as an occupational therapist, you will be responsible for assessments, interventions, documentation, MTP, as well as supervision and training of care staff, both independently and in collaboration with colleagues.
You will work on a fixed schedule together with an experienced and competent physiotherapist colleague at the nursing homes Nilstorpsgården and Ektorpsgården in Lidingö. You will have a large and wonderful rehab team of about 40 people to turn to for advice.
The mobile team is constantly engaged in development work, and we expect you to find it exciting to develop and stimulating to test new working methods. Together with the rehab team, you will ensure that care is continuously improved.
You should enjoy the flexibility and challenges of the job and work as part of a team in close collaboration with rehab teams and nursing assistants.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is a licensed occupational therapist. As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize and lead others. You enjoy mentoring staff in health and medical care issues and are motivated by organizing care in the best possible way together with your colleagues.
Requirements
Licensed occupational therapist
Driving license B
Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
Desirable
Experience working in SÄBO and/or geriatrics
Master's degree (not required)
