Outdoor Environment Coordinator at Botkyrkabyggen

As part of this initiative, we are adding a new position, Outdoor Environment Coordinator, who will work across our entire property portfolio and be based in Fittja. Your responsibilities

• Lead, follow up, and develop the maintenance of outdoor environments through strategic maintenance plans and close collaboration with contractors.
• Drive construction projects – from planning to execution.
• Inspect and improve the outdoor environment to ensure safety and comfort.
• Monitor the budget and work in a businesslike manner for smart and sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate broadly within the organization with area managers, property managers, and the Property Development Department.
• Contribute to climate adaptation and work towards sustainability goals to ensure minimal environmental impact.
• Be an expert in projects such as new construction, pipe replacements, and renovations.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, structured, and has a genuine passion for outdoor environments. You enjoy taking the lead, coordinating contractors, and making your own decisions. You work professionally and in a businesslike manner, but you also have your heart in the right place – because you know that every improvement in the outdoor environment means something to the residents.

• Post-secondary education in horticultural technology, gardener, or equivalent.
• Experience in property management or landscape/garden construction.
• Good knowledge of contracts, agreements, and the property owner's responsibilities.
• Negotiation experience.
• Driving license (B).

Meritorious

• Project management experience.
• Experience from municipality/municipal company.
• Experience with LOU.
