About the Position

The role of Production Manager entails overall responsibility for planning, production, personnel management, as well as quality and financial monitoring of projects. With freedom under your own responsibility, you will lead and develop the business and its employees.

In the project you will be responsible for, you will manage both housing, premises, and parking spaces around Solna city.

Our Client

Our client is a nature-savvy manager who is passionate about taking care of and developing sustainable and pleasant outdoor environments. Their operations consist of green space maintenance, fine planning, snow removal, tree care, and other specialist services within the operation and maintenance of green areas. The customers consist of both the public sector, real estate companies, and housing associations. The head office is located in Farsta - but in this assignment, you will be based at the office in Solna where the client is located.

Who Are You

We are looking for someone with education and experience in the green space and gardening industry in a leading role as a production manager or similar. You have good computer skills and a driver's license.

As a person, you are driven and have the ability to inspire and lead others - you create engagement and participation in your team. You are business-minded and have a strong customer focus. You ensure that the operations are well-planned and have good control over both production and documentation and finances.

You are responsible, have an easy time prioritizing, and are driven by efficiency and implementing improvements in the workplace. Furthermore, you are an outgoing and adaptable person who enjoys working in a team and strives to get everyone to pull in the same direction.

Requirements:

- Completed gardening education.

- At least 2 years of experience in the green space and gardening industry in a similar or related role.

- Familiarity with and understanding of ABFF, ABT04, ABT06.

- Basic competence in occupational health and safety.

- Experience in leadership and personnel management.

- B driver's license

Meritorious:

- Experience in contract law such as ABT, AB, AMA. MER

- Competence in BAS-U & BAS-P

- Production control

- Experience in operation & maintenance and the construction industry.

- Hot work.

The position should be filled as soon as possible and is full-time.
