The role of a lead tree feller/arborist means that in addition to being a skilled climbing tree feller/arborist, you should also be able to work independently with your team and lead others when needed. We are a close-knit group that enjoys working together, and we expect you to pitch in and help where needed, just like we do.

Your qualities

You are a team player who is meticulous and cares about customer satisfaction. You are punctual and enjoy motivating and supporting your colleagues to ensure the team reaches its goals.

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least a couple of years of experience
• Is a trained climbing tree feller or arborist (ISA/ETW is a plus)
• Holds at least a chainsaw license AB or equivalent
• Has experience in advanced felling, rigging, etc.
• Has a very good sense of service and customer contact
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Holds at least a driving license B (BE is a plus)

Meritorious

• Certified arborist ETW or equivalent arborist training
• Chainsaw license CDE + lift certificate
• Driving license BE
• Experience in leading teams
• Experience operating stump grinders or mini excavators
