We provide health-promoting and therapeutic interventions based on each individual's unique needs and circumstances, and we have specialist knowledge of how disabilities can affect daily life, health, and development.

Habilitation Vänersborg.

Here you will have the opportunity to work and be part of a multidisciplinary team where you contribute important pieces based on your professional expertise. The team includes not only physiotherapists but also occupational therapists, social workers, psychologists, nurses, speech therapists, dietitians, and doctors. An introduction and mentorship are included for the newly hired. We are now looking for a physiotherapist to our clinic located in Vänerparken, near Vänersborg train station and the city center. Responsibilities

The physiotherapist's responsibilities include assessing and evaluating the patient's health status within their area of expertise, as well as treating and/or preventing deterioration of identified health problems. This can be done, for example, through advice and support regarding health/illness, testing of assistive devices, consultation with individuals in the patient's environment, body-oriented treatment, and follow-up of individuals with CP according to the national follow-up program CPUP. Interventions can be provided individually or in groups for limited periods. Digital visits are conducted when possible. All interventions are planned together with the patient. Collaboration in patient matters occurs with other medical specialties such as orthopedic technology, rehabilitation medicine, neurology, psychiatry, etc. The physiotherapist often initiates this collaboration. Collaboration also occurs with colleagues in regional primary care. Interventions are provided both within the habilitation's facilities and in the environments where the patient is located, such as at home, in the workplace/day activity, at the gym, in the pool, etc.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a licensed physiotherapist
• Has relevant experience, interest, and knowledge of working with our target group
• Is responsible and feels confident working both in a team and independently
• Is flexible, solution-focused, and has good collaboration skills
• Enjoys seeing the whole person, working with complex needs, and making a real difference in our patients' daily lives
• Has a B driver's license as the job involves travel

It is advantageous if you have several years of professional experience and are accustomed to a multidisciplinary working method. Personal suitability is highly valued.
