About the role

As a Group Leader in Water and Sewage (VA), you will have a role where you both work operationally in projects and simultaneously lead the VA group forward. You will be an important driver in developing both our operations and our client relationships while contributing your own technical expertise to assignments.

Your tasks

• Coordinate the work of the VA group and plan the workload to create balance and continuity in the projects.
• Be responsible for your own VA assignments and provide technical support to colleagues to ensure successful projects.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, actively follow up on business opportunities, and submit bids that strengthen the group's and the company's development.
• Contribute to the growth of the group and participate in recruitment efforts and the introduction of new colleagues.
• Participate as an engaged member of Markera's management team and contribute to business development and the development of operations.
• Ensure that the group's work follows the current quality and environmental management systems.
