JOB DESCRIPTION

In the spring of 2026, our newly built accommodation Lövberga will be completed and open its operations. As our operations grow, we now need to expand our team with two nurses in municipal primary care. We are therefore looking for committed and driven nurses who want to join us on our journey and become part of our team in special accommodation and short-term care.

The working hours are scheduled and performed both during the day, evening, and weekend. Most shifts are scheduled during the day, and you only work one weekend out of six. During evening and weekend shifts, you will work across several operational areas: ordinary housing, special accommodation, short-term care, and LSS/psychiatry, providing a flexible and challenging workplace.

With us, we work from a person-centered approach where we consider each patient's individual needs based on the individual's circumstances. It is a flexible and varied job, where you meet patients with different care needs and support measures. You will be challenged with creative and varied tasks where you put the individual at the center and address each person's needs and circumstances.

A close collaboration with other professional categories such as rehabilitation, unit managers, and nursing assistants constitutes a large part of the work. We work with leadership teams and team collaboration in our units. The leadership team consists of a unit manager and licensed personnel who together lead the team in the unit. To strengthen patient safety, quality, and continuity, we work based on team collaboration where different professions in the team meet to create coordinated and person-centered care.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse; experience in municipal primary care is an advantage.

We see that you have a positive attitude towards development and quality work. You have the ability to be flexible and independent in planning and executing your interventions.

As a person, you are solution-focused and attentive, and you share your expertise. You find it easy to collaborate and are unpretentious.

You are motivated by a varied job and have the ability to create a team spirit with others where you work towards common goals and complement each other.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

A B driver's license is required, as well as an extract from the criminal record.
