Service and care for people and the environment are always our focus. The position is 95%, and weekly working hours may vary.

Your role as a salesperson with management group responsibility

The work in the store is varied, and during a workday, you will meet customers, work at the cash register, handle stock, and restock our shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a salesperson with us, you are the face of Systembolaget. A strong team spirit, a fast pace, and pleasant meetings characterize the work with us. We learn from each other, and through development, we create results together. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

In addition to common tasks as a salesperson, you will work with management group responsibility, which means that you:

• Work with the store manager to achieve the store's goals with high quality and precision.
• Are responsible for assortment, logistics, display, and continuously provide information to the staff in the store.
• Substitute for the store manager when needed, which includes personnel planning and work leadership.

We are looking for someone who

• Is of age (20 years or older) to meet customers who can shop with us.
• Has good social skills and understands how to contribute to a good customer meeting.
• Can work varying hours, weekdays and Saturdays, early mornings and after closing.
• Is meticulous and flexible, and generously shares knowledge.
• Has a strong interest in store operations and leadership, and understands the value of utilizing colleagues' skills.
• Dares to make and stand by uncomfortable decisions.
• Enjoys collaborating and wants to contribute to achieving our common goals.
• Has a flexible attitude, a curious approach to learning new things, and an interest in the opportunities that modern digital tools create.
• Has a high school or vocational education.

It is an advantage if you have experience in retail, working in a service profession and/or with food and beverages, as well as experience in leadership or participation in a management group.
