We are now looking for a SEM Specialist to join our team in Västerås. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, building, optimizing, and developing campaigns primarily in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube), but also on other search platforms where relevant.

Equally important as managing accounts and bidding strategies is your ability to communicate effectively and feel confident in client dialogue.

You:

• explain strategies and results in a way that clients truly understand the value
• identify new opportunities and suggest next steps
• always recommend what’s best for the client, such as additional services, new campaign types, or when you see potential to increase the budget
• work closely with colleagues in SEO, Paid Social, content, and analytics to create a comprehensive solution for the client

You will:

• be responsible for your own portfolio of clients
• set up structures, goals, and measurements for campaigns
• conduct ongoing optimization and A/B testing
• analyze results and produce insightful reports
• hold meetings, check-ins, and presentations with clients
• actively contribute to developing collaboration and making the client both satisfied and curious for more.

We believe that you:

• have several years of experience in SEM
• are accustomed to working towards clear goals, KPIs, and budgets
• enjoy client contact, meetings, and presentations
• are pedagogical and can explain complex matters in a simple way
• have a business mindset – you see opportunities for upselling when it benefits the client's results
• are curious about new working methods, tools, and how AI can streamline work
• like to collaborate with other specialists and contribute to a strong team.
• Have experience with GA4 and Tag Manager
