Instore Business is seeking on behalf of Norvida AB: Field Sales Representative DVH - Mälardalen district

We are now looking for a field sales representative for the Mälardalen district. If you want to be part of continuing to build and develop our brands, this position is for you. With us, you will have the opportunity to join a close-knit team with high ambitions where you can influence and make a difference. Personal drive and accountability will be crucial for our joint development and success.

About the position:
In the role of field sales representative, your responsibility is to cultivate and develop long-term business relationships with your customers. You will be responsible for nurturing existing customers as well as finding new ones. This mainly occurs by offering tailored customer proposals, driving the sales process from start to finish, providing sales-promoting advice, ensuring campaigns and product launches, and having regular follow-ups with your customers.
Strong relationships and high quality throughout the sales process are of utmost importance for our success. The district primarily involves working with stores in Mälardalen, focusing on Västerås, Eskilstuna, and Örebro, but you should also be open to visiting stores outside your regular district from time to time.

Your profile:
It is a requirement that you have:
Previous experience as a field sales representative in the grocery sector
You have a driver's license

It is advantageous if you have:
Previous experience working with fresh produce
Post-secondary education
A strong interest in food
