JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

My colleagues and I are looking for you who share our values and want to work based on our approach. It is important for us in our work as we are a professional team with different professions collaborating with the individual care and support recipient at the center based on their specific needs.

As a nurse in our team, your main responsibilities will consist of health and medical care within the area of responsibility. You will assess and perform medical treatment and nursing interventions up to the nurse level, as well as follow up and document according to applicable legislation.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who are applying are a licensed nurse and preferably have experience with similar tasks. My colleagues and I see that it requires you to have a holistic view, be able to see solutions, and prioritize in different situations. As your manager, I am of course there to support and have dialogue, but at the same time, it requires that you take great responsibility in your role.

Furthermore, it is important that you have a positive attitude and a genuine interest in working with the individual in focus. For us, good teamwork is important, which means you need to be cooperative and want to contribute to fulfilling our mission. Our team believes in a good work environment where everyone wants to be involved and help each other.

Experience in the specialized area of district nursing or elderly care is an advantage.

A driver's license is a requirement.
