Q is now seeking, on behalf of Ternstedt Invent, a Project / Service Leader in installation who wants to take a key role in a growing installation team. The role combines technology, customer contact, planning, and leadership – and is suitable for you who want to make a real difference.

You will be based in Norrköping but will also work with customers and projects in the Linköping area. The position is new within the company, which means you will have the opportunity to influence and shape working methods. Ternstedt already has customers and installers in place – now we need you to project manage smaller projects and service assignments. An established network in the Norrköping area is an advantage.

As a Project / Service Leader, you will be responsible for planning, staffing, work management, customer dialogue, and execution of smaller service projects. You are the hub of daily operations and are given great trust to drive assignments from start to finish.

Examples of job responsibilities

• Plan and staff service assignments
• Manage daily customer contact and relationship building
• Handle orders, requests, and resource allocation
• Invoicing and administrative management
• Perform smaller calculations and quote work
• Lead and coordinate staff in Norrköping and Linköping

• Has experience and good knowledge in the installation industry with an emphasis on plumbing
• Thrives in a role where you lead, coordinate, and create structure
• Is proactive, confident in communication, and solution-oriented
• Has high social competence and is comfortable in customer contact
• Has experience with smaller quote work
• Master Swedish in speech and writing
• Has good computer skills and a B driver's license

Meritorious

• An established network in the installation industry
• Experience in Electrical and Ventilation.
