About this opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Category Group Antenna Systems to lead the Antenna Systems category for EMEA within Ericsson.
This role is a high-impact blend of category leadership, supplier and stakeholder engagement, and commercial strategy development.
You will drive category strategy, sourcing and supplier innovation, and ensure delivery of cost, quality and time-to-market targets for antenna-related products and services.

What you will do:
- Define and execute the end-to-end category strategy for Antenna Systems across EMEA, aligned with regional priorities and global sourcing guidelines.
- Translate product and portfolio needs into sourcing plans; lead supplier selection, qualification, negotiations and contract management.
- Drive supplier innovation, early engagement in NPD and continuous improvement to reduce lead times, cost and risk.
- Represent the category in leadership forums and act as escalation point for complex issues, ensuring business continuity.
- Set and manage category KPIs, supplier performance frameworks and reporting to deliver savings, quality and delivery targets.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team and build strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships (Product, NPD, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Network Design).
The skills you bring:
- Proven strategic sourcing / category management experience for antenna systems, RF equipment or closely related telecom hardware at regional or global level.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a track record of securing complex agreements and delivering measurable savings and performance improvements.
- Deep technical understanding of antenna products, manufacturing processes and supply chain constraints.
- Experience in NPD sourcing and early supplier engagement to accelerate time-to-market.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical and project management skills; ability to operate at both tactical and strategic levels.
- Leadership experience in developing teams, driving change and managing supplier risk and business continuity.
