We are looking for

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant with experience in the nursing assistant profession. You have good knowledge of Swedish. We place great emphasis on personal qualities; as a person, you are committed, curious, and interested in learning new things. You are attracted by the pace of work on the ward and enjoy collaborating with others. You have an interest in nursing and are happy to contribute your opinions and experiences to provide our patients with the best possible care.


What you will work with

On the ward, the nursing assistant works in a team with experienced nurses, doctors, and other professional categories. In the workgroup, we have good cohesion; we help each other and value job satisfaction and development highly.

Since the respiratory apparatus involves different organs, you will gain broad competence in various medical conditions and nursing interventions. In your daily work, in addition to basic nursing, you will perform practical tasks such as sampling, wound dressings, measuring vital parameters, and various measures to facilitate the patient's breathing.

Information about the position

We offer a permanent full-time position with the possibility of part-time work. Working hours are day, evening, and weekend shifts. Start date by agreement. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
