The role of Site Manager involves a broad and dynamic position, responsible for a large group of employees and a team of skilled workers. You are expected to work significantly with marketing and sales with the goal of continuously starting new projects. You are also responsible for the production of ongoing projects, ensuring they are completed with satisfied customers and a financial profit.

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in the construction industry and a solid understanding of the construction process. You also need to be comfortable and enjoy marketing work and relationship building with existing and potential clients. As a manager, your goal is to create the best workplace, which includes many everyday tasks related to subordinate staff, making your leadership crucial. You will have significant influence and a large mandate, which also entails the responsibility to make decisions and deliver results. You will be part of the regional management team, which includes colleagues from Örebro, Värmland, and Södermanland.

You will have the support of a loyal and highly competent group of employees. Your project managers will drive production and report to you regularly. You will have support from local, regional, and central support functions as well as specialists in all conceivable areas. You will collaborate closely with the other Site Manager group in Västerås on marketing issues and shared resources.

The regional manager is located remotely.

A driver's license is required for the position. A background check will be conducted as we work with SUA-classified projects. Business trips will mainly be local and for meetings within the region.
