Job Description

As a nursing assistant/caregiver, you are an important part of the care team and contribute to ensuring that everyday life functions as best as possible for patients who need help, support, and care. You collaborate with several professionals and participate in treatments and examinations. The tasks vary depending on the workplace and organization, and to match you with the right position, you can indicate your preferences for specialization in your application.

About You

To work as a nursing assistant/caregiver, you must be a trained nursing assistant. In somatic hospital care, it is, in most units, a requirement to have completed acute care 200 points and passed the APL for that course. You may also be a nursing or medical student who is approved for term 3 at the start of employment. To provide our patients with good and safe care, it is important that our employees can communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

You meet patients and relatives with empathy and respect and enjoy working in a team where you contribute to good collaboration. You take responsibility in your work and follow routines, and you continue to develop as you settle into the role.
