Coop Kongahälla is a well-established and nice store with a good assortment and a clear ecological profile. Our opening hours are 7 AM to 11 PM every day of the week to provide good accessibility for all our customers. We, who run the store together, consist of around 40 employees plus a number of additional part-time staff.

We are looking for an efficient and responsible chef who wants to help continue developing our restaurant to new heights. We want you to be innovative and creative in your way of working. We see that you have a strong commitment and a passion for the idea of providing customers with that little extra together with your colleagues.

The job mainly involves preparing and developing our ready meal concept within the hot kitchen. The tasks include restaurant production consisting of cooking and packaging our meal boxes. We expect you to follow trends closely, be active on social media, and have a constant drive for innovation and visibility. It is also important to work seasonally in the development process.

We see that you have solid professional experience as a chef and possess the knowledge to work successfully in a restaurant kitchen together with your colleagues. It is important that you are a team player, educated in hygiene and health, and have a good knowledge and strong interest in traditional Swedish cuisine.

The position is a permanent part-time employment of 35 hours per week with a desired start date of January 12, 2026. Recruitment is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. A probationary period applies.
