We are now looking for a restaurant assistant at 70% - Are you the right one? There is a great opportunity for extra hours during peak times as well as at other times during the week. A B driver's license is required, and experience driving a car is an advantage, as well as local knowledge of Ulricehamn.

The intended schedule for the position is

Every other week Mon - Fri 6:30 AM - 12:15 PM and the other week 8:15 AM - 2:30 PM. Adjustments may occur.

In the industrial area of Karlsnäs in Ulricehamn, we have our lunch restaurant in a well-known restaurant location.

The restaurant serves breakfast daily to the employees of the property and lunch every weekday to both the staff in the building and external guests.

The restaurant also offers delivery of meal boxes with its own vehicle and catering for both large and small orders.

We are looking for someone who enjoys food and restaurants and wants to take on a new challenge. You are passionate about service and meeting guests. You are organized in your work and planning, and if you have experience from similar positions, that is an advantage.

You can handle many tasks at once and are a team player but can also work independently. You have a positive attitude and see solutions before obstacles. You prioritize the guest's experience and contribute to delivering a fantastic overall experience. You are resilient and can keep a cool head in stressful situations without losing your planning or cheerful demeanor.

You will work with all the various tasks of a restaurant, from meeting guests, serving food, cash handling, simple cooking and salad preparation, dishwashing, and cleaning. But primarily, you will handle our daily delivery of lunch boxes. Heavy lifting may occur.

You will assist with orders/catering. You are a team player who steps in where needed before leaving and leaves the kitchen and restaurant in perfect condition for the next day.

We prefer that you can work independently but also as a team player. You are unpretentious and have no problem stepping in where required, from cleaning to cash handling and in between during illness or high workload.

We prefer that you have experience from previous similar work or parts of the work but prioritize personal chemistry and personality higher.

You need to understand the Swedish language at a good level and be able to communicate effectively in both spoken and written Swedish.

A driver's license is required.

Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
