We are now looking for someone who wants to work with us as a chef in our pool, which means you will be one of our important employees placed in one of our kitchens when someone is sick or on leave. The pool consists of three chefs and one meal assistant. Your employment is secure as you have a permanent full-time position. In the role of pool chef, you will receive a salary supplement of 1000 SEK per month.

The meal service in Bollebygd municipality is part of the technical and service administration, and the unit's employees are located in the municipality's schools, preschools, and nursing homes. The operation consists of seven production kitchens where we daily prepare 2000 lunch portions for schools, preschools, and elderly care. Within our preschool facilities, there are also three receiving kitchens.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a chef with us, you will cook with fine ingredients. With good knowledge of food and cooking, you will prepare delicious meals together with other employees in the kitchen. Together, we offer high service and quality to our customers, which includes nutritious, tasty, and safe food as well as a good reception. Working hours are scheduled during the day, 6:45 AM - 3:30 PM.

The assignment includes both chef and combined service tasks, meaning cleaning in combination with reception/service.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

• Degree from the Restaurant and Food Program or education deemed equivalent by the employer
• Driving license B and access to your own car
• Good computer skills

Meritorious:

• Experience in planning and preparing special diets
• Good knowledge of food hygiene, nutrition, and special diets
