We are currently looking for a cleaner for our facility in Varberg, where the role focuses on intake cleaning, delivery cleaning, as well as maintenance washing and cleaning. You will become a valuable part of our dynamic team in the world's most fun job.

About the Role

We offer an exciting job in an expanding company where you will work both independently and in a group, so you should be a natural team player. You will be part of our workshop team where everyone works together towards the same goal, in a team focused on the customer. We are looking for someone who wants a long-term employment and wants a position where you can develop, be independent, and influence the company.

Your main tasks will be interior and exterior washing and cleaning of motorhomes and caravans. As a cleaner, you will among other things:

• Perform delivery washes of sold vehicles
• Maintenance washing and cleaning of our sales objects
• Perform intake cleaning on upcoming sales objects

In the role of cleaner, it is of great importance that you are meticulous, proud of your profession, structured, and have good physical fitness as it can be a demanding job at times.

About You and Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is positive, social, and ambitious. You have good communication skills with your colleagues and want to be an important part of the company's success. Experience and knowledge are valuable, but we primarily value your ability to deliver results. We are looking for someone who has already demonstrated that you can achieve good results with previous employers. If you have performed well in cleaning roles in previous jobs, that is a merit, as is experience with caravans/motorhomes or a related industry.

Most importantly, however, is that you are a driven, engaged, and positive person with a strong work ethic and a high level of service ingrained in you. You need to be structured, able to work systematically, and maintain a positive attitude and high service level even under high pressure.

During peak season, we have high demand on all departments due to high demand, large customer flow, and many transactions. The best possible service, good atmosphere, and a cheerful attitude permeate our company, and it is important that these qualities are maintained even under stress.

As a person, we believe you are social, goal-oriented, flexible, reliable, and have a high work ethic. We want you to have good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written) and basic knowledge of English.

You do not need to have a black belt in camping life, motorhomes, or caravans. Requirements

• Driving license: B (Car)
• Basic computer skills (O365, Google Sheets, and SharePoint)
• Stress-resistant
• Experience in cleaning in some form

Meritorious

• Experience with motorhomes and caravans
• License for vehicles over 3500 kg

The position is a permanent employment (6 months probationary period).

Working hours: weekdays between 07:00-16:00
