We are looking for diligent and dedicated staff for Housekeeping for the 2025 season!

Your responsibilities:

As part of our housekeeping team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests are welcomed by clean and well-maintained environments and facilities. Your main responsibilities include:

• Cleaning service buildings, cabins, hotel rooms, and common areas such as kitchens and laundry rooms.
• Making beds and preparing our cabins and hotel rooms.
• Ensuring that our common areas are always inviting and welcoming for guests and visitors.

Qualifications - your experiences and skills

We are looking for someone who:

Requirements:

• Has an eye for detail and enjoys creating order and cleanliness.
• Is self-motivated and can take responsibility for ensuring work is performed to high standards.
• Enjoys working according to set routines but is also flexible when needed.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping, preferably within the hotel and/or tourism industry.
• Understanding of the importance of delivering clean and well-maintained environments to enhance the guest's overall experience.

Employment period and schedule

The employment is from April to September, focusing on full-time during the peak season. Working hours are varied and include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Who are we?

Mellbystrands Camping is a 4-star campsite located by the longest sandy beach on the west coast. Every year, tens of thousands of guests choose to spend their holidays with us in caravans, motorhomes, tents, cabins, or hotel rooms. We offer:

• Approximately 220 camping sites, 22 cabins, and 20 hotel rooms.
• A year-round open shop, ice cream bar, restaurant, and beach bar open during the summer.
• A team that grows from a small number of people during the low season to about 35 during the peak season.

Since 2020, the focus of the operation has been on expansion, which brings a fast pace and many fantastic opportunities!
