Job Responsibilities:

Currently, we have an automated production, which means we are only 2 people per shift.

In the production cycle, you will be responsible for all raw material handling, ensuring that the machines are functioning and correctly set up, inspection, quality control, and packaging. The production takes place at a high pace.

In this position, you will currently work every other week day/afternoon. During peak season, we also have a night shift.

Your main task during the shift is to ensure that you carry out planned production in a safe, efficient, quality-conscious, and environmentally friendly manner.

Your responsibilities also include continuously working on continuous improvements and documenting production according to management's instructions. The company is BRC certified.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has previously worked in industry or production, for example as a machine operator. You are technically skilled, good at planning and structuring your work, enjoy order and cleanliness, and are meticulous and solution-oriented in your work approach.

Furthermore, you are a team player with a sense of quality and efficiency, and you are the person who creates engagement and contributes to a positive workplace. You are communicative and have a good command of Swedish in both speech and writing.

You have a forklift license.
