We at Effektiv are now looking for a wet painter who can meet our client's needs, located in Varberg municipality.

You will be employed by us at Effektiv, where you will receive a 6-month contract and be hired out to our client. Selection and interviews will take place continuously, so please send in your application today!

What Does the Role Offer?

As a wet painter, you play an important role in the client's production. You work closely with your colleagues in the production team and contribute to creating a smooth and efficient workflow. Collaboration and communication are important aspects of your daily work, as well as following routines for safety and the environment. Your primary tasks will include:

• Preparation and application of wet paint on various types of materials.
• Quality control of finished painted products.
• Maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work area.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is proactive, meticulous, and responsible. You thrive in a production environment and are used to working both independently and in a team. We would like you to have previous experience in:

• Wet painting or another type of coating.
• Experience from production work, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Experience in quality control.
• Maintenance of various equipment/machines.

This role is suitable for you if you enjoy working in a practical, fast-paced environment where quality and precision are in focus. You will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills and take responsibility for the entire process, from preparation to finished product.
