Do you have experience in TM or appointment booking – and love the combination of structure, customer contact, and driving processes from start to finish? Then this is the next step for you.

As a Customer Success at Impressive Relations, you will play a central role in our TM operations and become the hub between the sales team, customers, and internal processes. You will work both operationally and administratively – with a common goal: to create quality, pace, and really good results in our sales flows.

Your main responsibilities

Responsibility for TM operations: Plan, follow up, and ensure high quality in our calls, appointment bookings, and customer projects. You will work closely with team leaders and sales managers to optimize setups and flows.

Customer dialogue & coordination: Be the one who holds the communication together – from brief and startup to ongoing check-ins and delivery. You create security for the customer and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Planning & structure: Schedule, plan call lists, coordinate resources, follow up numbers, and build order in our sales processes. In short: you are the one who holds the strings.

Follow-up & development: Follow up results, identify improvements, and contribute to ensuring that our teams always work smarter, faster, and with higher quality.

Who are you?

You have previously worked in Customer Success – you know how the conversation should sound, how the pace feels, and how to drive results in practice. You are structured, organized, and enjoy planning both people and processes. You thrive in customer dialogue and are comfortable maintaining contact, scheduling check-ins, and handling inquiries. You enjoy a fast pace, juggling many tasks, and being the person who makes things happen. You are a team player who spreads energy and creates security around you. You take responsibility, are meticulous, and can easily see what needs to be done – before anyone asks for it.
