Working as an Anesthesia Nurse with Us:

Would you like to work extra as an anesthesia nurse at Operationskonsulterna and join our resource bank? We receive requests from clients who need assistance on short notice for a few days. Are you the one we are looking for? This is a position for those who want, can, and have the opportunity to work a few hours, sometimes even with short notice. A great opportunity for you to test working with us and with some of our clients. We have assignments at large regional hospitals and private clinics across Sweden, and you can naturally choose when and where you want to work. You need to be confident in your professional role and have extensive experience working in an operating department.

About You:

The work as a specialist nurse in the operating room is qualified, and we therefore want you to have at least 5 years of experience in your specialty. We believe this is necessary to be sufficiently confident in your professional role, which aligns well with the company's role as specialists in the industry. We prefer that you have experience from several different departments. You should also be interested in professional development and taking a step forward in your career. We value participation in courses and training. Those of us who work at Operationskonsulterna have an average of about 19 years of specialist experience, and we set the highest competence requirements in the staffing industry. This means that you, as an Operations Consultant, often belong to those at the workplace with the most experience, and as such, we expect you to find it natural to share your knowledge and experiences with newer colleagues. Mentoring students and new colleagues is part of the job.
