Staff Officer with a Focus on Business Control at NCSC

The National Cybersecurity Center, NCSC, is looking for a staff officer with a focus on business control to participate in building the center's operations at FRA. Your mission
As a staff officer with a focus on business control, you will belong to the NCSC department. The role involves working at the strategic, tactical, and operational levels to support the department head, staff manager, and management team. You will coordinate, drive, and develop the work with business planning and follow-up, risk management, internal governance and control, competence supply, and budget work at an overarching level. Your main tasks include:
- Coordinating and creating structure for the department's work with business planning
- Providing support in planning and follow-up of the department's work with prioritized initiatives
- Creating structure for quarterly and monthly follow-up and providing support in the form of documentation and templates
- Coordinating and providing support in the department's work with risk analyses
- Coordinating the department's work on internal governance and control
- Representing the department in the authority's work within the subject area
As a staff officer, you will work in a team that performs varied assignments together, even outside the main area of responsibility. In the role, you will answer complex questions and write qualified texts that are both clear and accessible to the recipient. As NCSC is in an expansive development phase, you will become an important part of our development in the staff.

We are looking for someone who has:
- A university or college education of at least 180 credits in a social science field, or equivalent knowledge acquired through several years of experience in similar tasks.
- Several years of experience working with business planning and follow-up in a government agency or other complex organization
- Experience in developing processes, organizations, and working methods
- Good knowledge of the Office suite
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
We consider it an advantage if you have:
- The state controller education (ESV's program education in business management)
- Experience in leading, developing, and supporting others in business planning and follow-up
- Experience in quantitative follow-up and work with indicators
- Experience in budget work

The workplace is currently located in Tomteboda, Solna. In a few years, new premises will be ready in Bergshamra. Swedish citizenship is a requirement as employment at FRA involves placement in a security class. Before employment, you will be security vetted in accordance with the provisions of the Security Protection Act. Employment comes with an obligation to be placed in wartime.
