We are seeking a psychotherapist for Livscentrum, which consists of a psychotherapy clinic and family counseling.

Livscentrum operates in the borderland between church and society and has a good collaboration with health centers, youth clinics, and psychiatric outpatient care. The psychotherapy clinic welcomes all residents of Sollentuna aged 18 and over, regardless of faith or religious affiliation. The clinic is HBTQI+ certified and has been awarded the Rainbow Key.

Livscentrum currently consists of four licensed psychotherapists who work with individual therapy and family counseling, as well as a conversation therapist who works with support conversations for youth/young adults. The clinic also includes several volunteers with different therapy orientations. In the spring, our colleague will retire, and we are therefore looking for a successor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Psychotherapy, crisis and support conversations, as well as some family counseling.
• Together with a colleague, you will also be responsible for volunteer work, as well as assessing and distributing incoming cases to the psychotherapy clinic.
• Some group and course activities may occur.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed psychotherapist with experience in clinical psychotherapeutic work. You have a professional approach, are collaborative, and have a good ability to create trusting and positive relationships. You are accustomed to working independently while appreciating being part of a team. You share the core values of the Church of Sweden and are a member.

It is an advantage if you are a psychologist, have experience working in psychiatry or other regions. You should have an integrative approach and primarily see the person in their context.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities based on how you can complement the team, and we also want to achieve a balanced gender distribution as much as possible.

The position is full-time and is a permanent employment. We apply a probationary period. Start date is to be agreed upon, preferably in mid-April 2026.
