Job Description

The position is as a care assistant/certified nursing assistant with an additional agreement regarding responsibility for planning within the organization. As a nursing assistant/care assistant, you provide care, social support, and services based on the individual needs and wishes of the customer. As a planner, you are responsible for staffing and scheduling services for our customers, as well as other administrative tasks.

We believe that you who are applying have good relational and communication skills as you act as the "spider in the web" and communicate daily with colleagues, customers, relatives, and other stakeholders. You have the ability to prioritize what is most important while also seeing the bigger picture. You are solution-focused, unpretentious, and self-driven. You are quality-conscious and thrive in an environment where a lot is happening and have the ability to smoothly switch between different tasks. To enjoy this role, flexibility and organizational skills are required.

Requirements

• Driver's license B
• Swedish language skills
• Experience working in home care

Meritorious

• Education as a certified nursing assistant or equivalent
• Experience working as a coordinator/planner in elderly care
• Knowledge of Carefox, Treserva, Excel, or similar systems

The work is scheduled during daytime hours on weekdays. Weekend work may occur. On-call duty is included in the position.
