HSB Sydost is now looking for a Property Caretaker in Nybro for a summer temporary position in 2025. We hope you want to be part of our team!

Job Responsibilities

In the role of property caretaker, you will work with green area and property maintenance as well as cleaning, such as lawn mowing, trimming, weeding, and stairwell cleaning. You take great responsibility for ensuring that our residential areas are intact, tidy, and safe. The work is varied and suits you who enjoy physical work and have the willingness and commitment to provide professional service to our customers.

Qualifications

To thrive in the role of property caretaker, we believe that you: • Are interested in green areas and vegetation. • Are good at creating pleasant and clean environments for our customers. • Have a strong desire to do a good job. • Have physical endurance, as the pace is high during the growing season. • Experience in similar tasks is an advantage. • If you have clearing and chainsaw training, it is a merit.

A manual transmission B driver's license is a requirement for employment.

Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who is enterprising, open-minded, and trustworthy. If you have a background in service, it is something we consider a merit. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
