Welcome to the Finance Department. We are responsible for both the support and expertise that create the conditions for Svenska kraftnät to fulfill its mission and achieve its goals. The Finance Department includes functions that work with governance, monitoring, coordination, accounting, business development, and support. The position is located in the section for management finance, governance, and monitoring. The section is growing and currently consists of a total of 22 employees, one section manager, and two unit managers.

About the position

As divisional controller for the system division, you work on behalf of the division manager and support them in managing the operations.

You lead the division's work with business planning and monitoring with a particular focus on financial issues. You support the managers throughout the process and compile the division's reporting to the director general. The controller is also the division's specialist in financial matters and regulations. You report directly to the division manager but are employed in the central function for governance and monitoring in Management Finance. As part of the central function, you contribute to the joint development work with a particular focus on division-related issues and ensure the implementation of common working methods and accounting principles for the division. The assignment provides unique insights and broad knowledge of the operations, which in turn offers opportunities for growth within the organization. There is ongoing work to further connect financial governance with operational governance, where you as a divisional controller will play a prominent role.

Education:

University degree in economics or engineering.

Furthermore, you have:

• Leadership experience and the ability to lead through others.
• Experience in controller work.
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.

Meritorious:

• Understanding of the electricity market/electricity industry.
• Experience in complex operations in larger organizations.

Good to know

• The position is located in Sundbyberg.
• Remote work up to 50% if the work allows.
• Travel occurs to a very limited extent.
