Personal Assistant – Part-time (permanent position, approx. 25–30 hours/week)

Location: Just outside Lärbro, Gotland

I am looking for a calm, empathetic, and flexible person to join my team. The position is a permanent role of approximately 25–30 hours per week with a rotating schedule, where shifts vary between day (8:30 AM – 3:30 PM) and evening (3:30 PM – 10:30 PM). On weekends, there may be some longer shifts, both day and evening. A driver's license and own car are required.

About me

I am a woman in my 50s with cerebral palsy. Nature and photography are my great passions, and my dog is my loyal companion. I love to laugh and want my everyday life to be filled with warmth and joy. It is especially important for me to have people around me who are stable, secure, and calm – who can create structure, stability, and support, especially in stressful situations or when my memory falters.

I am looking for someone who:

• Is calm, secure, and empathetic
• Has clear and attentive communication
• Maintains calm even when the pace increases
• Puts my needs at the center
• Enjoys being around animals

Previous experience in personal assistance is a plus, but personal chemistry and understanding of my needs are the most important.

Your tasks may include:

• Support with structure and memory assistance
• Assisting with tasks and activities
• Driving when needed
• Being a stable and present force in everyday life
