We are now looking for store salespeople – real service heroes!

We want to be the best in the world at service. Therefore, we are now looking for more service heroes who want to work nights. What does such a person do? You meet our customers' needs at night with knowledge, sensitivity, and a lovely smile – often while you might be refilling the coffee machine or putting up a sausage. We are a retail chain that offers everything from good food and baked goods to quality fuel and clean restrooms. You will be an important team player who keeps the station in top shape while others may be sleeping!

We are now looking for you who want to work as a store salesperson during nights with us at Circle K in Skärholmen. The position corresponds to 67% and we have one permanent position with an initial six-month probationary period and another position is a three-month temporary contract with a chance of extension. With us, you work on a rotating schedule where you work three nights, are off for seven nights, then work four nights, and are off for seven nights. Your working hours are 20:00-07:00 where you work alone between 21:00-07:00.

At night, it is important to make the most of the time and prepare for your colleagues, which is why we believe that you as an applicant have a strong drive and can work independently. As a store salesperson with us, you have a monthly salary based on your previous experience in service. The monthly salary for full-time work varies between 25,000-31,000 SEK/month. In addition to your monthly salary, you also receive extra compensation for work during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Since we have a CV-free and bias-free recruitment process, you need to validate your previous experience by providing employer certificates during the recruitment process.
