What the position entails

As a junior support technician at Azeo, you will initially work part-time. You likely have another main occupation such as studies or other part-time jobs. Your work schedule will vary depending on the season, workload, and staffing situation at Azeo, but we hope you can work regularly for at least a number of hours per month to stay updated on what we deliver to our customers.

You will:

• Handle incoming cases via phone, mobile app, web forms, and Teams
• Resolve user questions regarding folders, access, licenses, viruses, and hardware
• Work with standardized Microsoft installations rolled out to all customers
• Collaborate with colleagues in first-, second-, and third-line support
• Be a sounding board for our customers and contribute to ensuring their IT runs smoothly

If there is a forthcoming need, there are good opportunities to increase your working hours and potentially see the possibility of permanent employment. Initially, this is a consulting solution where you will be employed by 2Complete as a consultant and work at Azeo as needed and by agreement. Azeo is located in bright, beautiful premises in central Stockholm.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has ongoing or completed YH education or IT high school
• Is curious, solution-oriented, and enjoys talking to people
• Has an interest in Microsoft's products and cloud services
• Wants a first workplace where you can grow and learn a lot
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English
• Enjoys working in a team where speed and service are the focus
