People & Culture Partner

About the Role

As a People & Culture Partner, you will be a central part of our People & Culture team, where you will work closely with our managers and subsidiaries in our efforts to develop both the business and our employees. You will act as an advisor, coach, and requirement setter in various HR-related matters and ensure that processes, legal requirements, culture, and working methods maintain high quality throughout the employee lifecycle. Furthermore, you will drive initiatives within organization, culture, competence development, and leadership, focusing on both the business and employee experience.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • providing operational HR support to managers in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding
  • coaching managers and employees in everyday challenges, conflict management, and coaching leadership
  • developing and managing HR processes such as talent management and performance management
  • driving employer branding efforts and contributing to our strong corporate culture
  • being responsible for HR administration and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations

The position is based at the headquarters in Stockholm.

We Are Looking For You Who:

  • has an academic education in HR, personnel science, or similar
  • has at least 5 years of experience in a similar role such as HR Business Partner, HR generalist, or similar, where you are used to working broadly within the entire HR area
  • is confident in the various processes of the HR year and is used to working closely with the business and coaching managers in both operational and strategic HR matters
  • has negotiation experience and very good labor law knowledge
  • has the ability and interest to work data-driven and use HR systems as decision support

It is a plus if you have worked in a similar role within the IT consulting industry and have experience navigating a corporate structure with multiple subsidiaries or another complex organization with many stakeholders. Additionally, if you have worked on developing training and support materials for managers and leaders, that is a significant advantage.

You are communicative, have a good ability to navigate and build trust and strong relationships at all levels of the organization. Furthermore, you are solution-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment where you are used to prioritizing and switching between different tasks.
