As a next step, we are looking for you who want to become our Marketing Operations Specialist, a tech and data person who loves marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will join a marketing team of five where we are currently strong in communication, content, and branding. Your role will be to complement the team with technology, data, and structure.

We believe you are a curious and driven marketer who thrives at the intersection of creativity, technology, and data. You work independently and seamlessly switch between strategic thinking and rolling up your sleeves. And yes - you may be a bit of a tech nerd who gets excited about smart flows, sleek data solutions, and making systems work well together.

In this role, you will:

• own, optimize, and further develop HubSpot for campaigns, automations, and customer journeys
• ensure stable data flows and integrations between our systems
• create, optimize, and test flows, modules, web pages, and campaigns
• develop reporting, dashboards, and analysis that provide the team with clear insights
• be a technical advisor in the marketing team and a bridge to sales, product, and IT.

In short: you drive our work within marketing operations and are a key person as we take Visma HRM Sweden's marketing efforts to the next level.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who combines technical sharpness with marketing understanding and who wants to play a strategically important role in a growing company. To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Several years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or CRM/automation
• Very good knowledge of HubSpot, preferably at superuser/admin level
• Understanding of web, tracking, and measurement (GA4, events, dashboards)
• Experience working with customer data, segmentation, and automated flows
• Familiarity with setting up and managing integrations between different systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Younium
• Good understanding of SEO/AEO
• Ability to work independently, prioritize smartly, and drive initiatives to completion
