Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor and respond to low toner level alerts to ensure uninterrupted operation.
• Collect and dispose of unused prints within agreed timeframes (Next Business Day – NBD).
• Ensure that all printer devices have a representative “showroom appearance” and that consumables are always available.
• Act as a local contact person between users and the IT department.
• Provide basic training and user support regarding machine handling as needed.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented and communicative, and who enjoys a role with daily contact with both users and technical teams. You work in a structured manner, have a good eye for detail, and appreciate creating order and a professional environment around you. The role requires a technical interest and a willingness to understand how the equipment works. Previous experience with printers or print environments is an advantage. To succeed in this role, you need to communicate fluently in English, and it is advantageous if you have good knowledge of Swedish.

Scope: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Working hours: 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday

Location: Mölndal
