Are you studying IT or technology at a post-secondary level and want to gain valuable practical experience alongside your studies? We are now offering the opportunity to become part of our IT team in Stockholm. You will primarily work with basic support and troubleshooting of hardware and software as well as handling on/offboarding.

Your profile

You have a drive and desire to develop and deliver results together with your colleagues. To succeed in the role of IT support with us, we see that you are a person who works in a structured and meticulous manner alongside an engaged and service-oriented team. Furthermore, we see that you are a person with a strong sense of responsibility for your tasks and who enjoys working in a sometimes fast-paced environment. You possess good initiative and problem-solving skills.

You need to have:

• Basic knowledge of Windows and Office 365 environments
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Experience in troubleshooting computers and peripherals
• Knowledge of Active Directory or similar systems
