Insights Consultant at Lynxeye
This is a role for you with strong analytical skills and a clear drive to create value through data-driven insights. By working with both quantitative and qualitative data, you provide strategic guidance that supports the development of clients' brands. ABOUT THE POSITION
The role of Insights Consultant is both analytical and creative. Lynxeye works closely with its clients, and you will have the opportunity to take on significant responsibility early on. An important part of your role is to handle complex client data and transform it into valuable insights that create business value for Lynxeye's clients in both the short and long term.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Duties
As an Insights Consultant, you act as an insights expert in the project team, responsible for market research and quantitative analysis. You will transform complex data into valuable consumer insights and contribute to the development of new methods.
- Responsible for quantitative and qualitative market research, method selection, and reporting in the project
- Implementation of insights based on the analysis of both qualitative and quantitative data
- Creative problem-solving where data is transformed into consumer insights
- Development of quantitative research and analysis methods, with the goal of always offering clients the best solutions
- Building relationships and collaborating closely with our partners
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has a post-secondary degree from a university or college, preferably in market analysis or statistics
- 0–4 years of experience working with data, statistics, or market research
- Has experience with quantitative research and data analysis, for example in Excel and SPSS
- Is interested in strategic brand and marketing issues
- Speaks and writes fluently in both Swedish and English, as you will use both languages in your daily work

Information about the recruitment process:
- Phone interview with Academic Work (approx. 20-30 min)
- Excel Case (20 min)
- First interview with Lynxeye (meet your nearest manager)
- Second interview with Lynxeye (meet two other managers)
- Personality, logic, numerical, and verbal tests + test feedback with Lynxeye
- Interview with the CEO of Lynxeye
- Reference check
