Junior Administrator for Accounts & Liquidity

Our client is a dynamic organization that values precision and efficiency in its financial processes. They are now looking for a dedicated Junior Administrator to join the Accounts & Liquidity team. ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Junior Administrator, you will be an important part of the Accounts & Liquidity team at the bank, contributing to smooth financial flows related to liquidity. You will work with various administrative tasks and have the opportunity to learn more about the company's financial processes. The role also involves reconciling accounting against actual transactions, investigating and resolving discrepancies, and close collaboration with colleagues in other teams within the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This role involves administrative tasks within financial management, focusing on supporting the team with daily routines and processes for Accounts & Liquidity.

  • Responsible for allocating liquidity for payment clearing
  • Administer the bank's liquidity through the central bank
  • Assist with reconciliations of accounting against actual transactions
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies
  • Advanced use and analysis in Excel
  • Support the team with daily administrative tasks

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has previous experience in a similar role, preferably within banking
  • Possesses knowledge of financial processes
  • Has a good ability to work in a structured and meticulous manner
  • Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English, as tasks are conducted in both languages
  • Has good computer skills, especially in Excel

It is a merit if you have:

  • Previous experience in administrative work
  • Interest in the banking and finance industry
  • Knowledge of financial systems
