JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Within the area of disabilities, you will be the nursing responsible nurse and lead the daily health and medical care work for your patients. You will coordinate and be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing measures.

Identifying and actively preventing health risks and coordinating contacts with primary care, inpatient care, and relatives are part of the job responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed nurse
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work independently and in close collaboration with other professional groups.
• Experience working with people with disabilities is an advantage.
