In this role, you will combine data, business logic, and customer insights to build a profitable and scalable business within Svea Billing Services. About the role As a Commercial Business Manager, you will have a broad and strategic responsibility to ensure profitable growth within Billing. We support companies with subscription-based business models by delivering seamless invoicing and a complete system for customer and subscription management. Additionally, we also offer contract financing and claims management together with some other business areas.

In this role, you will work data-driven to optimize customer selection, develop business strategy, and drive commercial development closely with sales, marketing, customers, products, and other business areas.

The role is part of the management team for Svea Billing Services.

You will, among other things:

  • Develop and drive the commercial strategy of the business area and prioritize initiatives that drive profitable growth
  • Identify and develop new markets, customer segments, and partnerships
  • Be responsible for the commercial governance of sales and marketing
  • Develop and follow up pricing models, price structures, and margin analyses
  • Ensure that pricing, campaigns, and agreements support financial goals
  • Analyze customer profitability and revenue streams and provide decision-making support
  • Build and strengthen relationships with strategic customers and participate in negotiations
  • Coordinate the commercial work cross-functionally and support the sales team towards common goals

Experience and qualifications

  • Several years of experience in B2B service sales, preferably within fintech, financing, or subscription businesses
  • Good understanding of commercial strategy, business development, and customer segmentation
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making
  • Documented experience in pricing, business models, and margin management
  • Experience working closely with sales organizations, marketing, and management
  • Experience in business planning and monitoring financial results
