Within the Business Unit Tech, approximately 200 employees work with technical property management and maintenance. Through knowledge, creativity, and collaboration, we create better conditions for smarter property management, where the whole is the focus.

The role includes, among other things:

• Being the face of the property owner and ensuring that tenants receive good service and a functioning environment to be in.
• Conducting rounds with corrective maintenance of the properties and addressing the reported issues.
• Independently performing most, including advanced, technical tasks related to supervision, maintenance, preventive, corrective, and planned maintenance as well as SBA.
• Independently troubleshooting technical installations and equipment.
• Carrying out actions and documenting in accordance with established procedures.

Who are you?

You have:

• Several years of experience in independent technical property management.
• Training as a technician/property technician or equivalent competence acquired through work experience.
• Experience working independently in various types of properties.
• Experience in having a lot of contact with tenants.
• Experience working with various property technical systems.
• Experience in one of the areas: control and regulation, electricity, cooling, HVAC, energy, or fire safety.
• A valid driver's license (B).

It is also an advantage if you are meticulous in your work and enjoy working methodically. We would like you to be a technically interested person who enjoys using technical solutions in your work.
