Construction Project Manager for the Energy Sector

About the Client

The Real Estate function is responsible for all properties used by a large client in the energy sector. You will be part of a dedicated team of five people who work closely with the business to create the best conditions for production, innovation, and work environment. About the Role

As a construction project manager, you will have a broad and varied responsibility where you lead and coordinate construction and renovation projects of various sizes and complexities. You ensure that projects are carried out according to plan – with the right quality, within budget, and on time – while also contributing to the development and streamlining of internal processes related to construction projects.

Examples of Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate construction and renovation projects from start to finish
Establish and follow up project plans, budgets, and timelines
Be responsible for procurement and collaboration with contractors and suppliers
Ensure that projects comply with legal requirements, work environment, and environmental standards
Act as a contact person for internal clients, tenants, and other stakeholders
Manage documentation and administration related to construction projects

Who Are You?

You have relevant education in construction, engineering, project management, or equivalent
You have several years of experience in construction project management, preferably from industrial or technical companies
You have good knowledge of the construction process as well as procurement and contract law

Personal Qualities

You are self-driven, proactive, and confident in driving projects forward
You are communicative and enjoy having many internal and external contacts
You are structured, responsible, and used to keeping projects together from start to finish
It is a merit if you have PMP certification from PMI
