Role Description:

As a junior support technician, you will be a central part of our customer promise. You will receive, analyze, and resolve cases – sometimes simple, often tricky – and no day is the same.

Below is a selection of typical tasks:

  • Provide technical and general support for our products
  • Manage and document incoming support cases via our ticketing system
  • Coordinate and provide technical support for corporate clients
  • Contribute to internal support and administration

Your daily work will involve troubleshooting in software, hardware, mechanics, and acoustics – from product to system level – as well as non-technical parts such as order management, user assistance, and product advice.

Who are you:

You have, as previously mentioned, a genuine interest in technology (extra points for audio/speakers), a strong sense of service, and a solution-oriented approach. You thrive in a changing environment and can switch between details and the big picture.

We would like you to have:

  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Customer focus and integrity – you don’t take things personally
  • Experience in customer support or customer contact within technology (preferable)
  • Experience with ticketing systems, such as Zendesk (preferable)
  • Driver's license (preferable)

  • Employment type: Full-time, daytime. Start date by agreement.
  • Location (Helsingborg): Primarily at the office; remote work may occur as needed and by agreement.
  • Probationary period: 6 months.
