In addition to care, our family in the Support and Care Department consists of LSS, the nutrition unit, Labor Market and Integration (AMI), and Individual and Family Care (IFO).

JOB DESCRIPTION

Do you want to help further develop our unit? Our unit consists of several different parts, and what is common to all of them is that we work in various ways to ensure that people in society feel included and engaged. The positions are temporary until April 2026, with a chance for extension. Working hours are daytime from 7:30 AM to 4 PM.

As a work supervisor, you will specifically work with people who, for various reasons, lack employment.

As a work supervisor, you will work within the municipality's daily operations and be part of the labor market unit. This part is structured into two groups, an indoor group and an outdoor group. The outdoor group serves a large part of the municipality's various units, while the indoor group functions as a calmer place where the focus is on social interaction and meaningful activities. Being a work supervisor means that you, together with the other supervisors, plan and lead the daily work, and you are also involved in the execution of tasks. You will be responsible for ensuring high quality in the work. You work to create high participation, development, and community for the individual and the group. The goal is for the individual to have meaningful employment with us.

We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, responsible, and has personal maturity. You have good collaboration skills and find it easy to build relationships. You should have the ability to see the individual's strengths and abilities and coach and support the individual in their work pedagogically.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has completed high school education.

The position requires a B driver's license.

You should have experience working with people. Our target group is broad and includes, for example, individuals with limited knowledge of the Swedish language, lacking digital skills, or individuals with mental/physical disabilities.

Personal suitability and the ability to see the big picture are of utmost importance. You should have experience in individual-focused, results-oriented work with people with mental health issues, neuropsychiatric disabilities, and/or substance abuse. It is also crucial that you have experience in integration work.

Training in low-arousal approaches is an advantage.

Training in social/care work is also an advantage.
