Aleva is looking for a colleague for home care at Backen - 75%
Aleva continues to grow and our unit at Backen needs more people who want to provide the elderly with quality care that adds value to their daily lives. We are looking for someone who is positive, has their heart in the right place, and enjoys taking significant personal responsibility. Lack experience? We will solve that together. Aleva's introduction program and experienced employees provide you with the conditions needed to do a great job.
Qualifications
- Swedish
- Driving license B when you start your employment.
Scope and start
The position is 75% and the work is scheduled for daytime, evening, and every other weekend. Immediate start, by agreement.

What does the job entail?
The days are varied with a great opportunity to contribute to people's quality of life. You support, assist with practical matters, and provide service based on the customer's needs and wishes. The most important thing is that you enjoy building relationships and are good with people.
What background do I need?
For some, this may be a great chance to get a first job, for others, it may be about being tired of their current industry and wanting to do something meaningful, and for a third, it may be a longing to continue in care but change employers. There is no right answer – we recruit people who have a solution-focused mindset, empathetic values, and want to grow with us.
So does it matter if I have relevant experience?
Yes, of course, we see it as a positive if you have worked in care and done well! Education as a nursing assistant or equivalent is also meritorious but not a requirement.
Isn't it very tough to work in home care?
It can certainly be, and that is how the development in care generally looks. That was also one of the reasons we started in 2013, with a conviction that we can do things a little differently and continuously improve the business with a focus on those we are here for – the elderly.
