Committed Teacher Wanted for the Introduction Program at Elof Lindälvs Gymnasium

Do you want to help create the learning environments of the future where students have the opportunity to grow, explore, and develop? We are now looking for a committed teacher for the Introduction Program (IM) at Elof Lindälvs Gymnasium in Kungsbacka.

The Role of a Teacher with Us

As a teacher with us, you will primarily teach science subjects at the elementary level within IM, with a clear affiliation to the program and active mentorship for the students. You play an important role in building relationships and creating security for the students.

At IM, we work together – collegially and with a strong focus on collaboration. You will be part of a team where we share responsibility, inspire each other, and support both pedagogical and social issues. Together, we create a learning environment where students have the opportunity to succeed, both in and out of the classroom.

Your Profile

It is a given for you to always have our students' best interests in mind. You are a role model for others, inspire and motivate, and have personal care as the basis of your work and in your relationships with your colleagues. You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, as this is required in daily work. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

We are looking for someone who:

• is a certified teacher with qualifications in science subjects for elementary school
• has qualifications in mathematics for high school

It is an advantage if you have:

• qualifications in natural science for high school

Our Offer and Additional Information

We offer a temporary part-time position (40%) with immediate start according to agreement. The employment will last from now until the end of the spring term 2026.
